The TNSSAR Board of Governors (BoG) meeting has been called and NOTICE is hereby given with the following information related to business that will be conducted at this meeting:
TNSSAR Board of Governors (BoG) Meeting
DATE: Saturday, June 21
TIME: 0900 (CDT)
PLACE: Northfield Church
2100 Nashville Pike, Gallatin, TN 37066
TIME: 1200 (CDT) – Lunch by Ladies Auxiliary, $10 contribution – please RSVP
TIME: 1230 (CDT) – Color Guard Training (Open to all Color Guard not just BoG members)
TIME: 1330 (CDT) – Color Guard assembles
PLACE: Hendersonville Memory Gardens
353 Main, Hendersonville, TN
TIME: 1400 (CDT) – Patriot Grave Marking
There is no specific hotel rate negotiated but some of us are staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 1468 B Tulip Poplar Dr, Gallatin, TN (615) 989-0001
Remember, if you are a Chapter President, you can appoint another officer in your chapter to officially represent you at the BoG. That appointment must be made in writing, via email, 3 days prior to the BoG. It must be sent to the Recording Secretary and President.
BoG / Quarterly Reports: All members of the BoG are required to file quarterly reports (or BoG Reports) for their areas. This means all Elected Officers, Regional Directors, Chapter Presidents and Committee Chairmen. Quarterly Reports are due by the end of the day on June 17, 2025.

All Members of the BoG are required to file a quarterly report and we have worked to make the online filing as smooth as possible, and to include relevant information. Remember, the YPT training is now within the SAR University. You need to take the new class.
If you are a Regional Director, the report should reflect what you are doing to work with your chapters.
Committee Chairs should post the deadlines of any contests or programs of their committee, as well as any awards, prizes, or budget requests.
The information on the Chapter reports goes toward helping us get all of the chapters their Americanism reports. BoG reports should reflect what activities you participated in, what programs you were a part of, what presentations you made or helped with, and any occasion that you teamed with another officer, region, chapter, committee, etc. These can be as detailed as you want them to be.

If you will be attending and staying for lunch, please let me know so that I can give the Ladies Auxiliary an estimated headcount.
If you attended the March BoG meeting and kept your badge, please bring it with you.
